Teaching Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a private school setting and contribute to the growth and development of children in their early years.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to enhance children's learning experiences
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success
  • Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills development
Experience:
  • Associates degree REQUIRED or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Previous experience working with toddlers or young children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of child welfare principles and practices
  • Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
