An Adult Basic Education or Literacy Instructor works with adults, including young adults who are out of school, to improve literacy and strengthen basic skills in reading, writing and math. Helps students to learn English or gain a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Assesses students' educational levels, skills and goals, and differentiates instruction as needed for adults at different levels in one class. May focus on basic skills as needed for a particular occupation, or assist students with developing study skills or job search skills, or help students connect with social services.

Part-Time Pay:

- School Enrichment Programs Most instructors teach 2-6 classes per week, with opportunities to grow as our programs expand. What You'll Do Teach
- Lead engaging yoga and movement classes for children, teens, adults, and seniors.
- Adapt your teaching style for different ages and personalities.
- Create classes that are structured, energetic, safe, and meaningful.
- Teach mindfulness, breathing, confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation through movement.
- Keep students engaged through creativity, presence, and strong classroom management. Represent The LY Studio
- Travel to schools, preschools, recreation centers, and community facilities throughout North Fulton.
- Arrive early, prepared, and professionally dressed.
- Build positive relationships with schools, families, and community partners.

Schedule Typical teaching windows include:
Morning Programs 9:30 AM-12:30 PM Afternoon & Evening Programs 2:00 PM-8:30 PM Flexible scheduling based on availability. Most instructors teach 2-6 classes per week, with additional opportunities available for camps, workshops, and substitute teaching.- Compensation $20
