The Enrollment Services Assistant• , under the supervision of the Enrollment Services Specialist conducts intake, testing, registration and placement of students in appropriate Adult Education classes. In addition, the Enrollment Services Assistant enters information into the adult education data systems, provides reports as requested, and other duties as assigned. High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of work-related experience. Experience with diverse populations. Proficient in computer software programs for data entry and reports. Proven ability to work effectively and constructively with persons of diverse cultures, language groups, and abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to and ability to work with the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities; establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. This position is for the Grayslake campus and often requires travel to Lakeshore, Southlake, and other community sites.•This is a grant funded position; continued employment in this position is based on external funding sources.Pay Rate:
$16.38/Hr Full-Time/Part-Time:

Monday through Thursday, 1pm to 7:30pm, some Saturdays required.•Flexibility to adjust work schedule during peak time season.Up to 24 hours per week.
