Linden Street, Building D Exeter, NH Exeter Adult Education is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the instructor for our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Program. This is a part-time evening teaching position responsible for delivering a portion of the BACB-aligned 40-hour RBT training program to adult learners preparing for a career supporting students and individuals through behavior-analytic services.

Thursday evenings, 5:00�8:00 p.m. Exeter Adult Education, 30 Linden Street, Building D, Exeter, NH Primary Responsibilities The RBT Instructor will: Teach and facilitate the BACB 40-hour RBT training curriculum. Provide engaging, practical instruction using discussion, modeling, role-play, demonstrations, case examples, and other behavioral skills training strategies. Prepare students for the knowledge and skills required to pursue RBT certification. Monitor student participation, progress, and completion of required training hours. Provide feedback and support to adult learners throughout the program. Maintain accurate training and attendance documentation. Collaborate with Exeter Adult Education staff to support student success and program development. Ensure training is delivered in accordance with current BACB requirements. Qualifications Required:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Completion of the BACB-required 8-hour supervision training . Experience in applied behavior analysis and/or behavioral services. Strong communication and instructional skills. Ability to work effectively with adult learners and professionals entering the field.
Preferred:
Experience training paraprofessionals, educators, or RBT candidates. Experience working in school-based or educational settings. Experience with adult education, professional development, or workforce training. Experience using behavioral skills training, modeling, and role-play.
