We are looking primarily for weekend coverage, however additional shifts during the week are also available. There is potential for full‑time opportunities as the program continues to grow. About the Role OAAC provides a safe, trauma‑informed environment for older adults in crisis. Staff support guests by offering supervision, engagement, and a calm, structured setting. This is a non‑medical, non‑clinical role focused on safety, dignity, and advocacy. Available Shifts Shifts operate on a rotating schedule and include: 7am to 3pm 3pm to 11pm 11pm to 7am Split shifts may be arranged when needed.
