Job Description

CTE Welding Teacher Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work with teenagers in a supportive manner. Demonstrated ability to assist with welding techniques and training of students. Knowledge of word processing applications. Teaching Certification IVP Fingerprint Card (issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety) Reports to:

CTE Director/Site Principal Job Goals:

Provide academic and developmental assistance to students in the program. Monitor safety protocols. Monitor test taking. Collection and processing of student achievement data. Maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and lab settings.

Performance Responsibilities:

Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times. Follow the teacher handbook regarding correct procedures. Provide CTSO competition and leadership support. The district reserves the right to amend this job description as necessary.
