About our ideal candidate The minimum academic qualification to teach at FSC is a Master's degree that includes 18 graduate hours in the area the applicant desires to teach. Terminal degreed applicants are preferred. Three years of professional experience is preferred. CV or resume and a copy of unofficial transcripts must be provided with employment application materials. Candidate official transcripts must be on file within 3 days of the start of a teaching assignment.
