Courses emphasize experiential learning and innovative approaches to educating future business leaders and financial professionals. Job Summary The LeBow College of Business at Drexel University seeks an adjunct instructor for the Real Estate Management and Development Program. The position requires a strong background in real estate valuation and forecasting, and proficiency with either the Argus or Green Street software platforms. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging course materials, fostering a dynamic classroom environment, and mentoring students through real-world case studies and projects. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic growth of students while being part of a leading business college. Essential Functions Teach the number of hours required based on the credit hours of the course Evaluate student work for the purpose of providing feedback and determining grades Maintain and keep updated grade book in the Canvas course management system Schedule office hours for at least two hours per week and respond to student emails within two business days. Administer a final exam, project, or evaluation during the final exam week as required by Drexel University guidelines Participate in assurance of learning evaluations administered for the purposes of accreditation or retention Uphold the Drexel University Academic Integrity Policy Maintain communication with the Finance Department Head or relevant program coordinator regarding course or student issues Participate in online human resources training related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Other course-related duties as determined by LeBow and Drexel policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree One year of teaching or at least three years' professional experience Location University City Special Instructions to the Applicant Please make sure you upload your CV/resume and cover letter when submitting your application.
