Qualifications Qualifications must be commensurate with rank and include an outstanding academic record, significant achievement in original research or creative activity, and a commitment to teaching. A successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate or graduate courses, collaborate with other faculty members, and possibly be involved in service to the school.
