Job Description

The student Work-Study for the Science Department will operate in a clerical capacity, contributing to the overall daily operations of the office. The student in this role must be able to greet and assist any visitors in a professional manner and draft any necessary documentation as assigned by the overseer. This position will allow the student the opportunity to work in a professional environment while gaining hands-on experience in office administration and departmental organization while committing to the mission and values of Faulkner University.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist any visitors in a professional manner, answering all questions in-person or over the phone Draft any documentation as assigned by the overseer Input data entries and maintain any electronic or paper records Organize, clean, and overall maintain the professional appearance of the office as needed
Qualifications:
Must be eligible for the Faulkner University Work-Study Program If you are unsure if you qualify, you can check your eligibility with the Financial Aid office in the Rotunda at 130 B Must major in a field within the science department
