Looking for someone to come into the office several days out of the week, if not the entire week to help prepare boxes of records to be scanned for a professional document scanning company. Document preparation is the manual process of cleaning paperwork of staples, and making paperwork feedable before documents go through commercial scanners. Individual must be organized, and move quickly through boxes of paperwork. Ability to thrive in a repetitive and tedious job for extended periods without outside stimulation. Organization and keen attention to detail. Ability to lift boxes of records throughout the day that are up to 35lbs Responsibilities include but not limited to: Quickly and efficiently preparing confidential paperwork, removing staples, paper clips, folders and taping down documents quickly and efficiently. Translating information from file folders to separator sheets Ensuring paperwork is clean and prepared to feed through our high volume document scanners. Notes to

This is a small private operation not open to the public. There will be no interaction with customers at all. This position works very well for introverted folks.
