Digital Specialist I Evoove LLC Tustin, CA Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Customer service Scanning Digitization Cleaning Full Job Description Summary Responsible for accurately preparing, scanning, and digitizing high volumes of paper documents while maintaining productivity standards and meeting departmental performance expectations. Ensures documents are converted into high-quality digital images in accordance with customer specifications, established procedures, and quality requirements. Essential Functions Prepare and scan paper documents according to customer specifications and operational procedures. Adapt to changes in customer requirements and scanning specifications as business needs evolve. Operate both automatic-feed and flatbed scanners to process a variety of document sizes and formats. Configure scanner settings and parameters for each job to ensure accurate image capture and compliance with customer requirements. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of scanning equipment to maintain image quality and equipment performance. Track and log assigned document and box numbers to support future retrieval and records management. Assist team members with document preparation, scanning, and indexing activities as needed. Maintain accuracy, quality, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and records. Support departmental goals by completing additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor or Director of Operations.
