Overview Job Summary- Onsite We are looking for a detail-oriented Digitization Operator to convert physical documents, records, images, and other materials into accurate digital formats. The role involves scanning, data entry, document indexing, quality checking, and maintaining organized digital records. Key Responsibilities Scan and digitize documents, files, photographs, and records using scanning equipment. Enter and verify data accurately into databases or document management systems. Index, categorize, rename, and organize digital files according to established procedures. Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are complete, readable, and correctly oriented. Identify and correct errors in digitized records. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents. Handle and maintain scanners, computers, and related digitization equipment. Follow document-handling, file-naming, backup, and data-security procedures. Maintain daily records of completed digitization work and report any technical issues. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet digitization targets and deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills. Familiarity with MS Office and document management systems. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle repetitive work while maintaining quality. Basic knowledge of scanning, PDF creation, file management, and data entry. Good communication and organizational skills. Embark on a career where innovation meets craftsmanship!
