Job Description
We are seeking 2 part-time reliable, detail-oriented to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our digital transformation by accurately digitizing, indexing, and organizing physical records. This position is ideal for an independent worker who thrives in structured environments and values data integrity. Key Responsibilities Prepare documents by removing staples, paperclips, and smoothing wrinkled pages prior to scanning. Operate high-speed scanning hardware and imaging software to digitize paper files. Inspect digital image quality to ensure all scanned documents are clear, legible, complete, and properly oriented. Index and name digital files according to established organizational naming conventions. Upload digitized records into the company's internal document management systems or cloud storage. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive, personal, or proprietary business information in alignment with data privacy regulations. Reassemble or securely dispose of original physical documents based on company retention policies.
