The person in this position is responsible for preparing physical documents for the scanning and digital conversion process. This role focuses on organizing, inspecting, and preparing documents to ensure they are ready for accurate and efficient imaging. Document Preparation Prepare documents for scanning and digital conversion Remove staples, paper clips, and other binding materials Straighten, sort, and organize documents Repair damaged pages (torn, folded, or wrinkled documents) as needed Insert barcode or separator sheets based on job requirements Ensure documents are in proper order for scanning Workflow Support Maintain accurate production logs as required Meet daily production goals for volume and accuracy Follow established workflow procedures and instructions Communicate any document issues or discrepancies to leadership Workplace Standards & Compliance Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies, including HIPAA compliance Follow all security and document handling procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Contribute positively to team productivity and workflow efficiency Performance Expectations Meet established productivity standards Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and consistency Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Complete required compliance training QualificationsEducation High School diploma or equivalent required Experience & Skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to perform repetitive, high-volume tasks Basic understanding of document organization (alphabetical and numerical sorting) Previous clerical or document prep experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds Ability to visually review documents for detail and accuracy

$15.00 per hour
