Pennington, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $25 - 30 per hour work hours: 8 to 4 education: Associate responsibilities: Organize, properly label, and index over 2,000 document records for secure archive storage. Manage logbook generation, tracking, and issuance across operations. Prepare, scan, and audit documentation for secure offsite transfer to Iron Mountain facilities. Support general QA administrative functions while ensuring strict compliance with GMP protocols. Maintain rigorous organization to meet tight audit and operational timelines.
qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate Degree Exceptional organizational, document management, and time management skills Proven ability to execute precise tasks accurately in a busy, regulated environment Strong work ethic and commitment to strict deadline adherence skills: Quality Assurance (QA)
