Part-time Job Description Summary The budgeted salary for this position is typically $1,000 per credit hour . This position is ineligible for health, dental, and life insurance benefits through Chicago State University. Duties:

Teaching one of the foundation courses of Drawing I, 2D Design or 3D Design. Office hours of at least two hours per week. Required Education MFA in discipline of design or studio art Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work with a diverse population of students
• Ability to work collaboratively with the faculty members in all Art and Design disciplines
• Ability to work with online programs such as Moodle
• Professional work must reflect a high level of technical ability and an understanding of and an interest in historical and contemporary art and design issues Preferred Qualifications
• Teaching experience at a college level
• Exhibition record or professional practice in the field
