Installation & Mixed Media Art Instructor In Art Studio Los Angeles, CA Job Details Part-time $20 - $25 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Experience teaching visual & performing arts School experience Bachelor's degree Organizational skills Fine Arts Managing projects Full Job Description Art Installation / Mixed media Art Teacher InArt is an art-portfolio academy helping high school students develop strong concepts and professional-level work. We are seeking a skilled and organized Installation/Sculpture Teacher to guide students in creating impactful 3D and installation pieces. -Applicants with a Conceptual Design or Experimental Installation Art background -Bilingual speakers (Korean & English) are strongly preferred. Role Overview You will teach students how to conceptualize, plan, and execute installation or sculpture projects. The role requires creative expertise and strong project-management skills to help students meet portfolio standards and deadlines. Responsibilities Develop and refine a curriculum focused on installation and Mixed media Art Teach hands-on classes emphasizing technique, concept, and creative exploration Guide students through planning, fabrication, and presentation Manage timelines to ensure portfolio-ready work Provide clear feedback and maintain strong communication with students and staff Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Fine Arts, Design, Sculpture, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating installation or 3D experience Teaching experience with high school students preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to supporting students' artistic development Proficiency in both sculpture (hand-based) and digital media; ability to work fluidly across both is strongly preferred Bilingual in Korean & English preferred
