Do you love working with kids, getting creative, experimenting, building things, or making learning genuinely fun? KidzArt & Club Scientific Hawaiʻi / Da Dream Lab is growing! We're looking for energetic, creative instructors to join our team and lead hands-on art, science, STEAM, camps, workshops, birthday parties, and community events. You do not need to be a certified teacher or have formal teaching experience. We provide paid training, curriculum, supplies, and support. What matters most is that you're dependable, comfortable with kids, willing to learn, and able to bring positive energy into a classroom. Our home studio, Da Dream Lab , is located in Kailua, and our instructors also teach programs at schools throughout Windward Oʻahu. What You'll Do This isn't a traditional classroom teaching job. Our instructors get kids making, experimenting, creating, and exploring.

You may:

Lead hands-on science experiments and STEAM challenges Teach drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed-media, and creative projects Lead after-school enrichment classes at local schools Work camps, birthday parties, workshops, and special events Help kids ages 3-12 build confidence and curiosity Prep and reset project materials — prep time is paid Help design, plan, and staff new community events and experiences Occasionally work with teens and adults All curriculum, materials, and training are provided. Who We're Looking For You could be a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy working with kids Are enthusiastic, playful, creative, and comfortable being a little silly Can confidently lead a small group Are reliable and communicate well with your team Are interested in art, science, STEAM, education, camps, or creative events Have reliable transportation to Kailua and schools throughout the Windward Side Are willing to work at least 2-3 days per week No teaching license required. No teaching experience required.

Monday, Thursday & Friday:

generally between 1:00-6:00

PM Weekends:

generally 9:45 AM-2:00 PM There are also opportunities for evening events, school-break programs, holidays, birthday parties, and additional weekend shifts. Camp programs generally run between 8:15 AM-3:30 PM , with some shifts available as early as 7:45 AM or as late as 5:30 PM . You do not need to be available for every shift or every day. We're looking for team members who can consistently work at least 2-3 days each week and have availability within the windows above.
