Lilikoi Kitchen in beautiful Kailua, HI is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift Assist with food prep including chopping, portioning, and mise en place Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen leadership Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours Adapt to menu changes and specials using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in a restaurant or food service setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard cooking techniques Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
