Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivating Yoga Sculpt Instructor to lead dynamic classes that blend yoga with strength training and cardio elements. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about movement and creating an inclusive class environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engaging Yoga Sculpt classes that combine yoga, resistance training, and cardio Provide clear instruction with progressions and modifications to support all fitness levels Create engaging, and well-structured class sequences Incorporate music and pacing that enhances the class experience Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio atmosphere Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Build relationships with people in class to contribute to a strong community Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio equipment

Qualifications:

200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (required) Yoga Sculpt certification (required) Prior experience teaching Yoga Sculpt or similar formats strongly preferred CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and teaching progressions to fit all skill levels Ability to energize and motivate a diverse group of participants Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design creative, varied class sequences Passion for movement and community building
