Our signature 45-minute classes combine strength training, cardio intervals, and functional movement set to high-energy, beat-driven playlists. This is your opportunity to shape our culture, grow your personal brand, and inspire a thriving fitness community from day one. What You'll Do Lead energetic, rhythm-based 45-minute Hot Sculpt classes. Deliver clear coaching, proper form corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels. Create an unforgettable class atmosphere through music, motivation, and positive energy. Arrive 15 minutes before class to welcome members and remain 15 minutes afterward to build relationships and answer questions. Help maintain a clean, organized studio by preparing and sanitizing equipment. Promote classes, studio events, and community initiatives through your social media channels. What We're Looking For Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, or equivalent). CPR/AED Certification. 1+ years teaching group fitness, yoga sculpt, Pilates, barre, or similar formats preferred. Positive, reliable, team-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
