Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our busy Chiropractic & Pain Management Wellness Center. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your expertise in medical administrative support, EMR systems, and health insurance knowledge will be essential to streamline patient flow, coordinate appointments, and uphold the highest standards of clinical confidentiality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality patient care and clinic operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Manage the front desk and daily patient flow
  • Assist with patient paperwork and office administrative tasks
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments and office information
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
  • Experience with medical scheduling or insurance is a plus
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
