Who You Are:

Exceptional teacher/coach Strong ceramicist in wheel throwing and hand building Humble, collaborative, and coachable Customer-centered professional Excited to continue growing as the lead teacher and ceramist

Qualifications:

Required Minimum of 8 years of active ceramics practice Minimum 4 years teaching adult ceramics Strong proficiency in wheel throwing and hand building Ability to teach up to 16 students Experience with kiln firing, reclaim, and studio operations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred 10+ years of ceramics practice 5+ years teaching/coaching adult ceramics Learning content creation Interest in developing leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:
