About Our School Chino Bilingual Montessori Academy is a newly established school under new ownership, building upon an existing preschool community in Chino. We are currently growing and transitioning the school into a high-quality bilingual Montessori program. We are looking for a Bilingual Montessori Primary Lead Teacher (English/Spanish) who would like to grow with our school and help develop our Primary classroom for children ages 3-6. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Montessori teacher who wants to be part of building and shaping a growing Montessori program. As the school grows, this position also has potential for future advancement into a Director role . Responsibilities Lead a Montessori Primary classroom for children ages 3-6 Prepare and maintain an organized Montessori environment Present Montessori lessons and materials to children Support children's independence, concentration, social-emotional development, and love of learning Help create a strong English-Spanish bilingual classroom environment Communicate professionally and warmly with families Work closely with the Director and teaching team as we continue developing our Montessori program Maintain a safe, clean, nurturing, and well-organized classroom Follow California Community Care Licensing requirements Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish Montessori Early Childhood/Primary credential from AMI, AMS, or a MACTE-accredited Montessori teacher education program Must meet California Title 22 Preschool Teacher qualification requirements Minimum 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development , including required core coursework Must meet applicable California preschool teacher experience requirements Experience working with children ages 3-6 Must meet California child care licensing background clearance and health requirements Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain required certification Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Opportunity for future growth and advancement We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our school and play an important role in shaping the future of our Montessori program.
