Job Responsibilities:

Course Instruction:

Teach offline Chinese classes following Bling Chinese's curriculum and standards. Provide immersive and interactive Chinese learning experiences for students aged 3-15 (mainly overseas Chinese).

Classroom Management:

Create a positive, orderly, and engaging classroom atmosphere to effectively stimulate students' interest and motivation in learning.

Lesson Preparation:

Prepare thoroughly for classes, carefully design teaching activities, and prepare teaching aids and materials to ensure high teaching quality.

Student Evaluation:

Regularly assess students' learning progress and provide feedback. Maintain active and effective communication with parents to enhance satisfaction.

Activity Participation:

Qualifications:

• Passionate and skilled in sales, motivated, responsible, and able to handle high work pressure
• An outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of achievement
• Clear and organized thinking, market awareness, analytical and judgment skills, and good customer service awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with the children's education market in the Los Angeles area is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Work authorization or work permit, legal status in the US 任职要求： 1.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $25-$45/hour

3:00 PM-8:00 PM; weekends: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
