The Opportunity
Are you a passionate educator looking to supplement your current income with just a few hours of teaching per week?
Conversa is seeking two or three enthusiastic, fully bilingual Spanish Teachers to join our dynamic after-school team. This role is specifically designed for educators who only want to work a maximum of 4 hours per week, teaching just one hour of class per day.
This is the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact, inspire language learners, and earn extra income without the commitment of a heavy part-time or full-time schedule. We are currently hiring for our school sites in Mission Viejo, Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and Tustin.
Schedule Details (Please Read Carefully)
Maximum Hours:
Up to 4 hours per week on different days of the week.
Daily Commitment:
Only ONE hour of class per day.
Start Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
Classes start between 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
Wednesdays:
Classes start earlier, between 12:10 PM - 1:45 PM.
What You Will Do
Teach with
Purpose:
Implement Conversa's pre-designed curriculum, integrating cultural insights, literacy, and language skills development.
Engage Students:
Conduct interactive lessons utilizing the Comprehensible Input methodology to inspire confidence in Spanish comprehension and speaking.
Lead the
Classroom:
Manage after-school classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, respect, and active participation from all students.
Grow with

Attend training sessions to master our Comprehensible Input teaching methods.
