This role is scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays, 2:35-3:35pm at two different school locations in Walnut Creek. If you're passionate about working with children, possess strong classroom management skills, and enjoy inspiring young minds, this opportunity could be perfect for you! Available classes at schools in Walnut Creek Mondays- 2:35-3:35pm Tuesdays- 2:35-3:35pm Duties Lead fun and engaging Spanish classes for TK-3rd grade students. implement age-appropriate songs, crafts, movement and games. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive environment for all children. Supervise children during activities to ensure safety and adherence to program guidelines. Maintain clear communication with the owner of Happy Kids classes and afterschool directors at each school. Arrive to schools 15 mins prior to class start times. Experience Minimum 4 years experience Leading Spanish classes on your own, to Tk-3rd graders. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Demonstrated ability to lead young students joyfully, while holding strong boundaries.
