$56,607.00 - $74,348.00 (Base starting rate includes referendums, supplements, and bonuses based on experience/degree) About the Role BridgePrep Academy Miami Gardens is seeking a dual-impact ESE Coordinator & ESOL Teacher . This hybrid position combines targeted language instruction for Multilingual Learners with campus-wide Special Education (ESE) compliance leadership. This role includes two extra weeks outside the regular academic calendar dedicated to ESE compliance setup, caseload reviews, and audit prep.

Key Responsibilities Teaching:

Deliver small-group and individualized instruction to ESE and ESOL students; implement required accommodations and language scaffolds (WIDA/ACCESS aligned).

Compliance & Leadership:

Manage IEP timelines, reevaluations, file audits, and service minute tracking to maintain 100% state and federal compliance.

Coordination:

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Certifications:
