KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Germantown center to nurture, teach, and inspire young children. In this on-site role, you will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe, welcoming classroom. You'll build strong partnerships with families, collaborate with a caring team, and contribute to an inclusive culture focused on growth and learning. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young children. Supervise children at all times and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and classroom continuity. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Support inclusive practices and respond to diverse learning and cultural needs. Assist with center events and family engagement activities as needed.
