K-5 MLL/ESL

Teacher to serve as an instructional leader for students whose primary language is not English. This role blends direct language instruction, co-teaching, student advocacy, and WIDA assessment leadership to ensure Multilingual Learners thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. ‍ At Hope Academy, we foster hope in God within our city community by providing a Christ-centered, rigorous education. The MLL teacher plays a vital role in equipping students with the language skills necessary for lifelong success. ‍ Key Responsibilities Provide explicit English language instruction (grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing) through pull-out small groups and push-in classroom support Co-teach and collaborate weekly with content-area teachers to scaffold instruction for MLL students Use WIDA standards and data to guide instruction and goal-setting Administer and coordinate
