Valid Missouri

K-12 ESOL

(English for Speakers of Other Languages) or ELL (English Language Learners) certification required Previous experience teaching ESL/ELL populations, ideally at the elementary level Strong understanding of the

WIDA ACCESS

assessment and related instructional strategies Ability to adapt instruction for varying English proficiency levels (ranging 1-6 on the WIDA scale) Comfort supporting students who may also have special education services Excellent communication and organization skills, with an ability to coach and collaborate with classroom teachers

Your Daily Impact:
