•Carolina Room 04 Responsibilities Lead engaging, hands-on enrichment classes for students. Follow the provided curriculum and activity materials. Create a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment. Encourage creativity, curiosity, teamwork, and self-expression. Provide clear, age-appropriate instructions and demonstrations. Keep students actively engaged throughout each class. Adapt activities to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels. Maintain appropriate classroom management. Communicate professionally with program staff and Planting Seeds Academic Solutions. Qualifications Previous experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or working with children is preferred. Comfortable leading creative and hands-on activities. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Energetic, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic. Creative and comfortable engaging students in interactive activities. Ability to work independently while following provided curriculum. Must be able to complete the required fingerprinting process.
