Based on experience, with room to grow as you take on more responsibility and help the boutique reach its goals. Selvaggio Style Boutique is hiring a full-time assistant to work in our shop. Our customers shop online, but this role is hands-on and in person. From new arrivals and live sales to orders and customer care, there's always something happening here. We're looking for someone serious about the opportunity—a motivated self-starter who can multitask like a boss, take ownership of their work, and grow with the boutique. What you'll do Answer customer questions about sizing, fit, fabric, orders, shipping, and returns. Process orders, track shipments, and help resolve customer issues and refunds. Receive and organize inventory, update stock, and add products to Shopify. Prepare for live sales, manage customer requests, and follow up afterward. Help with social media, promotions, and our Selvaggio Squad community. Keep the shop tidy, organized, and ready for live sales and product photos. Stay on top of sales goals, marketing deadlines, and daily priorities. You communicate warmly and quickly with customers, helping them understand the fit and feel of products they can't try on in person. Experience with Shopify, marketing, graphic design, or photography is a plus. Physical aspects of the role This is an active, fast paced shop role. Most of the workday involves moving throughout the shop, organizing inventory, preparing live sales, and packing orders. Applicants must be able to perform these essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. This is a full-time, in-shop position from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. We're looking for someone who can make this their primary work commitment.
