Mandarin-Speaking Floater Teacher Springfield Genius Academy (SGA) is looking for a Mandarin-Speaking Floater Teacher to join our team! We are a Mandarin immersion school looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable teacher who enjoys working with young children and can support different classrooms throughout the day.

Position:

Mandarin-Speaking Floater Teacher Responsibilities:

Support teachers and classrooms as needed throughout the day Work with children ages Preschool through Kindergarten Assist with daily classroom activities, routines, meals, nap, and transitions Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Communicate with children in Mandarin Step in to cover classrooms when teachers are absent or on breaks Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive classroom environment

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Mandarin Experience working with young children preferred Caring, patient, energetic, and dependable Ability to work well as part of a team Must be comfortable working with different age groups Early childhood education experience is a plus

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday Flexible hours depending on school needs.
