Minimum Qualifications Required:
Must be licensed as a secondary Spanish teacher
Bachelor's Degree Additional Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the classroom Understands and implements, with documented evidence, the Nevada Academic Content Standards Experience working with English language learners Experience with significant positive outcomes as a leader in the classroom Strongly committed to improving academic outcomes for all students Experience working with special student populations, including students with developmental disabilities and GATE students Demonstrates proficiency in communication, both oral and written, among parents, students, colleagues, and other stakeholders Demonstrates proficiency in technology integration Familiarity with Infinite Campus Experience working with educational technology platforms such as Google Drive, etc Demonstrates high-quality, positive classroom management Inspires trust and models high standards of integrity Is a "team player" who inspires others by example
