TLC Driving Instructor (Spanish Bilingual)

A TLC driver training school located in Brooklyn is seeking for an experienced instructor to join our team. The school has three types of classes

• TLC licensing class (24 hours), Wheel Chair Vehicle Class (4 hours), and Defensive Driving Class (6 hours).

Instructors can flexibly take on as many classes or as few as they wish. We work with instructors' schedules, and provide instructor's training and materials prior teaching. The school follows COVID guidelines strictly to ensure everyone is safe. Remote teaching possibilities are coming soon!

Responsibilities:

Following lesson plans Taking attendance Delivering upbeat and interactive instruction Administering quizzes, class exercises and activities Facilitate students understanding of the content taught in class Staying update with current events in

NYC and Taxi and Limousine Rules and Regulations Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent TLC licensing class (24 hours) experience Possess ability to develop relationships with their students to build a positive and productive learning environment Have a passion for teaching and possess a patient and caring personality Understand the needs of students Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Korean, Russian a plus
