This is a full-time contract position.

The successful candidate can expect:

To teach Spanish 1 to grade 8 Teach intro to Spanish to grade 7 (every other day) Average class size of 22 Curriculum plan, benchmark exams and vocab lists provided Access and support with teaching with technology Great building culture and supportive leaders. Ideal candidates will possess New York State certification. Candidates with out-of-state certification will be considered. Spanish speaking candidates, who don't have teaching experience but have a passion for working with adolescents are encouraged to apply. Experience teaching or working with adolescents is preferred but not required. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Education and/or have completed a teacher certification program. Salary will be calculated based on NYS teacher certification, years of experience, and attainment of a Master's Degree.
