Wee Kids Child Development Center is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Lead Bilingual Teacher to join our team! As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. If you enjoy teaching, building relationships with families, and helping young minds develop, we'd love to meet you! Job Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and rest time Communicate effectively with children in both English and Spanish Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Complete daily reports and communicate with parents regarding their child's progress Follow all Oklahoma DHS licensing regulations and center policies Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to provide exceptional childcare Build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED required Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Pass required background check Reliable transportation Excellent communication and classroom management skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for working with young children Benefits Competitive pay starting at $13-$16 per hour Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Paid holidays (after eligibility) Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Professional development and continuing education Make a lasting impact on children's lives every day Why Join Wee Kids?
