Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current, active ESL teaching license in the state of Tennessee Experience in general education and/or ESL settings preferred Strong classroom management skills across elementary, middle, and high school levels Adaptability to travel between district locations (itinerant) Commitment to providing inclusive, culturally responsive instruction Excellent communication and organization abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted ESL instruction aligned with district goals, serving K-12th grade students Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support language acquisition and academic success Assess student progress and implement differentiated strategies as needed Create engaging lesson plans and maintain accurate documentation of student performance Support parent communication and participate in staff meetings as required Cultivate a positive and encouraging learning environment, helping every student feel supported

Position Details & Benefits:
