The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, providing writing feedback in a workshop format, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in reading, writing, and critical thinking. This role requires a commitment to student success and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Responsibilities
  • Provide small group tutoring sessions to students in person
  • Grade students' homework using answer key
  • Provide workshop on writing skills
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students Experience A bachelor's degree is required.
A degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred. Previous teaching experience is preferred. ESL experience/certification is required. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching Reading, Writing, and Language Arts!
