Full Job Description Duties:
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Lead activities that are fun and educational for children Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development Build relationships with children and their families Organize and participate in school events, such as field trips and parent-teacher conferences
Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. 2+ years of experience working with children. Strong knowledge of children's development. Knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong commitment to Christian values and a desire to serve the church. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners A strong commitment to Christian values Spanish language skills a plus Complete a background check
