Job Description

Part-Time Spanish Teacher (Afterschool Club) Lulu Enrichment Programs is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Spanish Teacher to lead afterschool enrichment classes for elementary-aged students.
Position Details Location:
North Austin and Leander Schedule:
Wednesdays, Thursdays Teaching Time:
2 hours per day (3:00-5:00 PM)

Fall 2026 Responsibilities Teach engaging Spanish lessons to small groups of elementary students. Create a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate learning environment. Incorporate games, songs, crafts, stories, and cultural activities into lessons. Manage classroom behavior in a positive and encouraging manner. Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English . Experience working with children is preferred. Teaching experience, an education background, or language instruction experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and punctuality are required. Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $35-$45/hour . Curriculum support and teaching materials provided. Opportunities for additional teaching hours and growth within our enrichment programs.
