This licensing pathway allows you to continue working within the district while you complete your teaching degree. You will move from a supportive role to a classroom teacher, gaining the clinical hours and instructional skills needed for a K-9 Elementary licensure, all while being paid for your time in the classroom. Transition from classroom support to instructional leadership under the guidance of a veteran Teacher-Mentor.

Lead Instruction:

Gradually take on more responsibility in lesson planning, small group facilitation, and whole-class instruction.

Apply Your Knowledge:

Use your university coursework in real-time within your current school community.

Collaborate:

Work closely with grade-level teams to analyze student data and implement inclusive, culturally responsive teaching strategies.
