DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To teach courses in the Biology program To design and deliver a competency-based curriculum using multiple instructional modalities, including online, hybrid and lecture Ability to develop course work that prepares students for the challenging professional positions within the fields of Allied Health and Biology. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues Commitment to CCRI?s

Instructional Skills:

Plan, develop, present, and modify courses from proposal, to syllabus, to delivery, to assessment, to evaluation Teach assigned courses Convey knowledge and skills effectively to students Continue professional development as an educator Use advanced technologies to expand student resources and learning opportunities Assess student learning according to best practices in measurement of student performance objectives and outcomes Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in pedagogical approaches to a diverse population of students and peers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor?s degree in a related field
