POSITION CLASSIFICATIONS

Faculty (Tenure Track) Salem Community College's location in beautiful southern New Jersey has easy access to Philadelphia, Delaware, and the shore. We have a diverse student body who enjoy easy transfer to four-year institutions, top ranked nursing programs, and a unique program in scientific glass technology.

Role:

Faculty for Business department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Master's degree in Business or a related field

Experience:

Must have recent teaching experience preferably in a community college setting dealing with diverse student populations.

Qualifications Skills/Abilities:

1. Ability to teach a full-range of business related subjects and develop curriculum and programs related to the field. 2. Ability to use appropriate instructional technology. 3. Ability to develop and use innovative instructional approaches. 4. Ability and willingness to work well with administrators, staff, faculty, college and community organizations and committees. 5. Ability to actively participate in academic advisement and departmental, campus and college committees/meetings. 6. Performs other duties as assigned in support of students.
