Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current teaching certification in General Education (Grades 7-12 or appropriate state equivalent) Strong background in business or related fields; Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a similar area required Prior classroom teaching experience, particularly in business education, is highly valued Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned business education lessons to middle or high school students Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that promote critical thinking, problem solving, and real-world business applications Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and implementing interventions as necessary Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, support staff, and administration Participate in school functions, meetings, and professional development sessions as required Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom space where every student feels encouraged to learn and succeed
