Fall 2026 Position Summary Harcum College invites applications for a qualified and engaging Adjunct Instructor in Sports Management to teach in-person daytime courses on our Bryn Mawr campus. The adjunct faculty member will deliver high-quality instruction and support student success in a collaborative learning environment.

Courses may include:

Sports and Society, Introduction to Sports Management, Facilities Management, and Introduction to eSports. Responsibilities Deliver instruction aligned with course learning outcomes Foster an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment Utilize effective teaching strategies to support diverse learners Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback Maintain accurate records of attendance and academic progress Communicate effectively with students and academic leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred Experience with Canvas or similar learning management systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills About Harcum College Harcum College is a private, coeducational, fully accredited residential college founded in 1915. The College offers career-focused associate degree programs on its Bryn Mawr campus, online, and at regional partnership sites, serving approximately 1,000 students.
