Catholic Health is seeking an experienced Health Information Management (HIM) Educator/Auditor to play a critical role in advancing coding accuracy, compliance, and provider education across our growing healthcare system. In this highly visible position, you'll collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, Revenue Integrity, Provider Billing Services, and leadership teams to ensure accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and E/M coding practices. Audit provider documentation and coding accuracy to ensure compliance and quality standards. Provide onboarding and training for newly hired physicians and advanced practice providers. Monitor coding accuracy and conduct focused audits to support provider development. Partner with Revenue Integrity and Provider Billing teams on annual coding updates and educational initiatives. Develop and maintain coding policies, procedures, and educational materials. Analyze audit findings and recommend improvement opportunities. Serve as a coding resource and subject matter expert for providers and operational leaders. Support special coding, compliance, and revenue cycle initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Required CPC, CPC-P, RHIT, or CCS certification Minimum of 3 years of coding experience utilizing electronic encoders, coding references, and compliance software Strong knowledge of:
