215210 - Chemistry, Biology, and Geology & Physics Position Summary La Salle University's Chemistry Department is in need of adjunct faculty to teach laboratory sections for first-year science courses: Chemistry for the Life Sciences and/or General Chemistry. These courses are offered in person and may be scheduled in the daytime or the evening. Essential Duties Teach assigned course(s). Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives. Provide timely grading and feedback to students. Provide guidance and support to students. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Chemistry or closely related field. Knowledge and commitment to the mission of La Salle University. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in Chemistry. Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level. Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling. Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours Some classes offered may be in the evenings.
